Returns are subject to product replacement or full-refund depending on product condition.

1. All requests must be sent to the above email address with 30 days of purchase
2. Must include original packaging
3. Product must be unused and have no visible scratches or wear
4. Customer responsible for return shipping fees 
5. Returns will be processed 7-10 days after received by The Laundry Lab
