PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

The Laundry Lab currently does not offer subscription or recurring purchase options. All purchases made through our website are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests may be submitted as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

If your order cannot be canceled because it has already been processed or shipped, you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
